Residents of Northville Township, the Village of Somonauk and Precinct 1 of Somonauk Township may apply for a library card. Proof of residency is required. Materials may be checked out upon completion of the application.

Children, ages 5 through 18, need the signature of a parent or guardian on their application; parents are responsible for materials checked out on their children's cards.

For those who live outside the district the non-resident fee is $269.00 per year, for use at all libraries in the Reaching Across Illinois Library System.
